If I were dick, I mean Temporary Supreme President for Life

The "if you were Temporary Dictator of the U.S., what 10 things would you do" meme is the invite yourself variety. Others have spoken. Xrlq is scary, Rachel is forever, Right Wing is good, Uncle is really good, too, I like Phelps and Snowflakes went sort of a different way, its all good.

1. All Executive Orders are repealed. Future Executive Orders may only be used to run the White House (as intended). Breaking this rule gets the President fired and no more federal employment of the ex-pres is allowed for five years.

2. All Federal laws passed since 1902 are repealed. Re-enact them at your peril, but they're gone. Any funds left over from various programs are returned to the people.

3. All states, commonwealths, territories, protectorates, etc., will abide by the constitution.

4. All gun and gun parts bans are repealed.

5. National shall issue CCW.

6. Open carry is allowed nationally.

7. All fifty states and each territory, protectorate, etc will vote on being in or out (for example, Puerto Rico and Guam). They can be states or they're on their own. Majority rules.

8. Any state that votes itself out of the union is free to leave.

9. All congressional laws sunset in five years or sooner.

10. Citizenship by birth and voting by year 18 is over. You have to earn full citizenship by being a model citizen and if you can't pass a simple political / history test, no vote for you.

Although not a law or repeal, during my administration there will be payback, swift and sure. My enemies best leave the country and hide. To my lessor nemeses, like certain senators and congresspeople from a very large state that borders the pacific, there will be wicket bat spankings on bare bottoms, on the front steps of the White House, on national tee vee.
